Enorama Pharma Inc. a Delaware corporation (”Enorama”) operates www.nic-s.com (“The Website”). These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) are valid for every purchase placed on The Website.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Conditions and that you understand any other conditions and statements found throughout The Website.

Enorama reserves the ability to update and revise these Conditions at any time.

The Terms and Conditions will be updated on the site on this page in the event of any revisions or modifications to it and is valid from when you accept the Conditions through a new order.

Any applicable consumer protection regulations and data protection regulations apply to all purchases made by consumers on The Website at the date of executed Purchase Agreement.


By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below. The purchase agreement only goes in to effect once your order has been confirmed by Enorama. The confirmation e-mail sent to the email address you provided when placing the order serves as an official order confirmation. You must be at least 21 years old in order to be able to order products through The Webite and the orders can only be concluded with consumers with a delivery address in the United States. Please refer to our “Shipping Policy” for an up-to-date list of available ship-to states.


This is an age restricted Website. You, the customer must be 21 years or older to visit the Website and to place an order. People under the age of 21 are not permitted to place orders on this Website. By using this the Website, you give consent to Enorama to use third-party vendors and applications to verify your age. By using the Website you confirm that you, the customer, and the card holder are one and the same person. An order made in another person’s name through falsified documentation, or in any other way breaches the agreement between the customer and Enorama, will be reported. Enorama reserves the right to refuse to any orders at their complete discretion if irregularities or misuse of our order function are suspected.


All prices and costs on The Website; including shipping, special fees, and taxes, are charged in USD ($). The final amount is calculated at check out once shipping options and delivery method has been selected. Applicable taxes will be displayed on the checkout page for review before completing your order.


We accept all major Credit Cards. The consumer and the purchaser must be over 21 years old and must be one and the same person.


It is in Enorama’s best interest to keep all product pricing and information accurate and up-to-date at all times on The Website. However, by accessing the Website the customer understand that errors to information and pricing displayed is not entirely inevitable and thus Enorama reserves the right to be able to correct said misinformation in a reasonable time-frame and Enorama shall in no way be liable for any incorrect information displayed on The Website, such as product availability, pricing, or any other typos or incorrect illustrations or imagery. The executed purchase agreement shall serve as the receipt and act as an accurate statement of pricing. All imagery displayed are intended as illustrations only and does not guarantee the exact appearance or condition of the product. During checkout you will be asked to choose delivery address and applicable shipping methods. Estimated delivery times will be displayed upon checkout. The customer may be required present a valid form of US identification upon delivery. Enorama uses third party vendors for fulfillment and shipping and as such it is understood that Enorama can only provide estimated shipping times based on information available to them, and it is understood that actual shipping and fulfilment times may differ from that of what is displayed.

In the event of damages caused during transport please submit a complaint to hello@nic-s.com along with your proof of purchase (a PDF, screen-shot or confirmation number from your emailed purchase agreement) along with photo evidence of the occurred damages.


Unredeemed packages will be returned to Enorama. Unredeemed packages are usually not seen as an exercise of your rights of return. Enorama uses third party vendors for fulfillment and shipping and as such it is understood that Enorama is not responsible for missed, misplaced, or erroneous deliveries from third party fulfillment center or logistics company. If you feel a package was not delivered, delivered to the incorrect address or in any other way differs from that of the executed purchase agreement, please send an email to hello@nic-s.com for further assistance.


If a product differs from the purchase agreement you may make a formal complaint at hello@nic-s.com. Please refer to our “Return and Refund Policy” for more information.


Enorama shall not be responsible for delays in caused, directly or indirectly, by any act of God, accident, war, force of arms, fire, elements, riot, labor dispute, strike, sabotage, civil commotion, act of terrorism, government action, regional or global pandemic, transportation interruption, inability to obtain raw materials, including nicotine, other materials, or labor, or any other contingencies beyond Enorama’s reasonable control. Enorama reserves the right to cancel any purchase agreement under any circumstances.
